MDC was referred to us by our insurance company for a whole kitchen renovation after a bad leak. These guys were awesome! Adan was our project manager and he is amazing at what he does. He was polite, accommodating, really tried to work with us to make us happy in every way possible, and just a really nice guy all around. The whole team was polite, very punctual, and detail oriented. They would always call the day before and let you know what time they would be showing up in the morning. If we didn't like something, Adan would go out of his way to fix it and find another alternative. I would recommend this company over and over again and we are very happy we decided to go with them!

We had a tree fall on our roof on a rental home during a windstorm, and our Insurance Folks and Property Management folks recommended MDC. Antonio was our point of contact and was helpful and patient with us as we worked thru the repair process. Since we were not in the area, most of the coordination was by phone and email. The job was completed on time and on budget. We had additional work done to update a bathroom and Antonio offered us several options. The work was done in the time frame allotted and at the price quoted. When a small, last minute labor item came up, he was gracious enough to include it with no extra charge. We would certainly use MDC again.

We were referred to MDC by our homeowners insurer to repair damage caused by a plumbing leak. They replaced some drywall and ceilings, repainted the affected areas, and replaced a carpet. Their crew worked hard, did quality work, showed up when they said they would, and were personable and professional. I can't speak to whether what they did could have been done more inexpensively, but our insurance company approved their estimate, so I assume it was within a normal range for what they did.
